Competition Information.
Our Unplugged Competition showcases raw music talent by promoting live improvised recordings.

We accept accapelas, freestyles and other freeform works that include no more than 1 backing instrument. To promote full songs, albums, videos and mixtapes please use Purchase a Music Promotion Package or join The Skunk Radio Live Auditions.

All musicians, bands and instrumentalists are welcome to submit music for a chance to get heard on the radio via The Skunk Radio Live Unplugged show which runs daily and has reached more than 7 million listeners around the world. It's a great way to showcase your talent, make new fans and get discovered by potential band mates, producers, songwriters, managers, music publishers, record labels and other industry professionals.

The very best submissions will be cued for unlimited airplay during The Skunk Radio Live Unplugged show and winners will be selected weekly. Due to the large amount of submissions we receive, we are only able to respond if you are selected. If you don't hear back from us within a month, you are welcome to get in touch to trace up your submission. Or alternatively, use one of our Music Promotion Packages or The Skunk Radio Live Auditions to start gaining publicity for your music releases immediately.

Submiting Your Music.
Introduce yourself/your band: "This is BAND NAME, Uplugged on Skunk Radio Live."

For example, "Hello, this is THE BEATLES, Unplugged on Skunk Radio Live.

Sing your song: Record an acapella, freestyle or other improvised musical work. It can be as long or as short as you want. If you must include an instrument, please use no more than one instrument.

Promote yourself/your band: At the end of your song tell fans your Twitter, Instagram, Facebook or other social media page so they can follow you.

Submit: Send your file in 320kHz mp3 format to Unplugged@SkunkRadioLive.com
